THE PRESIDENT’S SON

In the heart of the White House, amidst the corridors of power, lay a story that few would believe. The sons of the President, two elder brothers burdened with responsibility, were entrusted with babysitting their troublesome younger sibling. The challenge, however, was far greater than they had anticipated.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting an ethereal glow upon the historic residence, the two elder brothers found themselves frantically searching for their mischievous younger sibling. They moved swiftly, scouring the last known places he had been, careful not to alert the watchful eyes of the staff or set off any alarms that might disrupt the delicate balance of power.

But time and again, they would lose track of the youngest son, for he possessed a remarkable ability to forget that his brothers were tasked with safeguarding him. Frustration mounted within the elder siblings, as they tirelessly pursued the elusive boy, fearing the repercussions of their failure.

Their quest took an unexpected turn when they discovered the President’s youngest son in an isolated corner of the White House. Relieved, they approached him cautiously, hoping for an explanation. The youngest boy’s eyes sparkled with innocence as he revealed the source of his escapades—his imaginary friend. It seemed as though all was well, if only for a fleeting moment.

One of the brothers, exhausted from the relentless search, succumbed to fatigue and fell into a deep slumber. Meanwhile, the other brother, seeking respite from the chaos, ventured into the kitchen to grab a snack. Little did they know that in that moment, their world was about to be turned upside down once again.

The youngest son vanished, leaving behind a void in the heart of the White House. Panic set in as the brother who had been asleep jolted awake, his eyes darting around in a frenzy, searching for both his missing brother and the youngest son. He rushed through the corridors, his heart pounding with trepidation.

Following his instincts, the brother made his way to the youngest son’s favorite hiding spot, a secret sanctuary within the hallowed walls. There, he was met with a scene that defied reason—a sight that would forever be etched in his memory. His younger brother, the source of all their troubles, was devouring his own flesh and blood, consuming the very essence of family.

Shocked and confounded, the elder brother could only muster a trembling voice to ask the unthinkable: “Why?” The youngest boy paused, his lips stained red with his brother’s blood, and uttered words that sent shivers down the elder brother’s spine, “My imaginary friend told me to do it… It’s behind you.”

In that chilling moment, reality collided with the realm of the supernatural, shattering the illusion of safety within the White House walls. Darkness pervaded the air as the story abruptly shifted, transporting us back to the realm of babysitting duties.

The President, his face etched with worry, reached out to embrace his youngest son, desperate for answers. “Where are your brothers?” he asked, a mix of concern and confusion in his voice. The young boy looked up, innocence masking his eyes, and replied with a simple phrase that echoed through the chambers of power, “I don’t know.”
